The Church of St John the Evangelist, Carterton
We are part of the Benefice of Brize Norton and Carterton, you can find a link to our sister church here
Our vision is to be a growing vibrant church, rooted in Christ, that reaches out and serves the whole community.
We are happy that you are interested in our church website. A wide range of activities take place at St John’s but, in the end we, like Jesus, are about people and relationships. We seek to be the best human beings that we can be and believe that this is best achieved by being disciples of Jesus Christ. We are not perfect but we are always learning. Please remember us in your prayers, as we pray for all who visit us and our website. God bless you.
Please do take some time to browse the pages of this website and find out more about our lovely church as well as all we do as a Christian community – our fellowship and work to spread the love of God to all. General information about service schedules; Christian study; contact details etc. can be found by clicking on the menus above. Look out for challenging articles in our Study section. Find photos of what’s going on in our Gallery. We hope you enjoy browsing around the site and we would love to welcome you at one of our services (please see our statement on being inclusive here) whether you are a visitor, new to the area or just curious; do come and introduce yourself.
